2020 will be a powerful year with a powerful end to your first quarter as you will get to immerse yourself in a rejuvenative yoga retreat with two very generous and experienced yoga teachers based in Sydney.

Our home for the week is Tanshikar Spice Farm an eco-rest house, tucked away in the serenely peaceful Netravali Rainforest just 1.5 hours from the airport, and an hour from Goa's famous beaches, set amongst a 25 acre organic farm, which will providing all three daily meals during our stay to nourish our body in between practices!

The resort also has an open air yoga studio, a beautiful pool to lounge by in your down time, and cozy traditional ecologically built villas unique to the South of Goa!

Supriya is a passionate Yoga and Ayurveda practitioner, leading holistic Yoga teacher trainings, retreats and health programs under Seva Yoga, of North Parramatta in Sydney since 2011.

Born and raised between East & West Bengal of India she's grown up surrounded by the rich philosophy, art, and rituals on Indian culture and is passionate about helping people experience the motherland of yoga.

she's trained and graduated a tribe of yoga teachers, presented at local festivals, spoke at world yoga day 3 years in a row, presented at corporate seminars, and given media interviews with ABC and SBS!

She believes in yoga as a tool for human evolution, and pulling from her roots in Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Therapy, she acts as a guide, leading her students deeper into themselves through precise instructions on where to place their attention to breathe and how to align their body to create the highest experience with their time on the mat.
