150 Hour Advanced Teacher Training

A good foundation is the key to lifelong development in yoga. In this 200 hour course trainees will learn all Foundation Level Yoga Postures, Breathing Exercises, Yogic Ethics and Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga, Develop an informed Personal Practice and Learn to teach a Foundation Level Hatha Yoga Class to individual and group. This training meets the industry standards offering the foundational level knowledge and training necessary to attain advanced trainings for further development as a practitioner, teacher and yoga entrepreneur at this time.
Trainees will walk out feeling confident of the knowledge required to experience safety in theirpersonal practice as well as their ability to teach a beginner level class.

This course is a good fit for those who enjoy practicing yoga twice to three times a week, wanting to gain deeper knowledge for a personal transformation, to inform their personal practice on a deeper level and be able to safely teach a beginner level class to others. It is favourable to have practiced a minimum of 12 months under a qualified yoga teacher to apply for this course, as applicants are required to commit to a regular practice under a teacher, study the theoretical material, attend weekend intensive trainings and submit written assessments to qualify for a certificate of competence and completion to graduate from this course.

Due to the adverse effects of COVID19 our physical studio has been closed. You can take our yoga lessons ONLINE from the safety and comfort of your own home.

To attend our classes:

Bookings are essential for every class. You will receive a link to your class an hour before the start. Log in prior to start time ready before start. If you have difficulties logging in, we can send you a recording of the class that will expire within 24 hours.

Before class set up your space with the following things:

A yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion, a strap/belt, and a yoga bolster if you have one.
