BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

Rapid Change Program

This special program is designed for students both at the beginner level and those that have a health goal to achieve. It is a tried and tested signature program at Seva yoga that delivers the authentic teachings of the Krishnamacharya lineage for the ones wanting to start yoga and experience a rapid change in their body and mind.

With as little as just 2 lessons a week you can experience an immense change in your body and mind you can start your Rapid Change© experience today. You will receive our tested formulaic guidance system to reach your goal within 12 weeks. And while there are 8 quarterly introductory tutorials scheduled exclusively designed for complete beginners needing guidance. When you enrol in this program, you can attend the tutorials when they run.

With extra guidance you will establish yourself in the foundations of a yoga practice and learn to achieve your goal in as little as 12 weeks, with the skills to practice safely in a group class.

    Due to the adverse effects of COVID19 our physical studio has been closed. You can take our yoga lessons ONLINE from the safety and comfort of your own home.

    To attend our classes:

    Bookings are essential for every class. You will receive a link to your class an hour before the start. Log in prior to start time ready before start. If you have difficulties logging in, we can send you a recording of the class that will expire within 24 hours.

    Before class set up your space with the following things:

    A yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion, a strap/belt, and a yoga bolster if you have one.
