What if I am running late to class?
Arrive on time to observe punctuality and show respect to the community of students and teachers present in the room to practice on time. If you are going to be late let us know via a text and the teacher will be notified. Late arrivals after 10 mins of class starting will not be allowed in to maintain the peaceful environment for everyone else.
What do I need to bring to class?
A yoga mat and hand towel. If you do not own a yoga mat, you can hire one for a gold coin donation. After use, clean the yoga mat with the spray and wiper provided at the studio. Then roll up tightly and put away in its respective space.
Can I store my yoga mat at the studio?
Yes, you can. Label and store your yoga mat at the studio however should you be away for more than 1 month, if you have not let us know of your absence, it will be donated.
Can I cancel my Auto-Pay membership before 3 months?
All Auto-pay memberships have a minimum 12 week commitment. However should you need to cancel early, there is a $30 administration fee + 20% of amount owing payable to cancel early.
Who do I contact about my membership or pass?
You can contact our administration team (we have a rotating roster) at email@example.com and you can expect a reply within 24-48 hours. If you matter is urgent you can also send a text message to us on 0469906223 to arrange a call back.
Do I have to book ahead all the time?
We highly recommend you book ahead either via the website or via a text to our phone 0469906223 and confirm if there is space in the class before coming. Bookings help us make sure there is enough space for students or to contact the right students if the class is cancelled due to low number of bookings.
