  • Slow & Steady: Postures are practices at a steady slow pace in an intelligent sequence
  • Yin Yoga: A sequence of postures held for long period to aid in releasing deeper tension trapped from muscle fascia
  • Restorative: Time is spent relaxing yoga postures supported by yoga props with an aim to achieve mental and physical calmness.

Choose this pass for 12 classes, Valid for 3 Months. Not eligible for refund or transfer. Passes are valid for use by named pass holder only and cannot be used by others.
3 Months Pass
36 lessons
3 lessons a week + Access to all Live classes on schedule, 36 lessons in 3 months. Three month program.

All Online Yoga Passes are limited to attending online.
For access to both online and in-studio lessons a studio class pass / membership can be purchased.

Class Passes 

Early cancellation to a class booking can be made within 2 hours prior to start time
All classes must be used within the term of your pass
These passes are non-refundable


Fees are deducted from your account once every week for 12 weeks.
Contract rolls over to a month by month commitment thereafter.


No extensions, suspensions or cancellations permitted prior to 3 months.


Cancellations are permitted in writing with 4 weeks notice after 3 months.
