Just follow these tips before your first booking:
Tip #1 If you have had a long break or are a complete beginner consider starting with a Foundations or All Level class.
Tip #2 If this is your very first time at Seva you can start with 2 lessons a week on a 12-week membership program – to help you achieve your goal to get started.
Tip #3 Choose a pass or membership based on the number of classes you wish to take per week.
