    Cancellation & Refund Policy & Payment:

    *Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of an enrolment application not being approved, or canceled by Seva Yoga If you have paid a deposit and your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

    *If you have paid a deposit and the course or event is canceled by Seva Yoga, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

    *All course and event balance fees paid (not including the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded if you withdraw more than 60 days prior to the course commencement.

    *A refund of 50% of course or event balance fees (not including the non-refundable deposit) will be considered if you withdraw up to 48 hours prior to the course or event commencement.

    *All fees paid, and AGREEMENTS TO PAY course or event fees, are non-refundable and non-cancellable within 48 hours prior to commencement or once the course or event has commenced. In circumstances such as illness, personal difficulty or change of circumstances, payment may be transferred to participation in the course or event at a later date, if the course or event is available in the future. Requests for such transfer of payment are to be made in writing to Seva Yoga, and decisions are subject to the discretion of Seva Yoga.

    *You may transfer your registration fees for any course or event to another person (a transferee) at no cost. The transferee must meet any pre-requisites for the course and you must notify Seva Yoga in writing prior to the course commencement or event date.
