Hi All, I had joined Seva Yoga in July 2018 with 30 days package to start my journey with few objectives and goals to achieve in life. As I had practiced Yoga earlier in India (Mysore) 20 years back and I had to re-start, for a different reason. Objective; 1. Increase concentration (mind) 2. Off course to reduce weight and be flexible. I was applying for PR in Australia and needed English language score to be improved to attain additional points (maximum of 20 points). This required full concentration and practice. I knew it’s not that easy and hence I thought Yoga could be helpful. Yoga teacher (Supriya) is really good and helped me in reaching my goals and objective. I practiced almost 5 to 6 days each week. Practice sessions with the small talk in the background by Supriya have a lot of meaning to the asanas (posture) that we do. Few key words like ‘intention’, “let go week”, ‘inner voice”, “Guru Poornima meaning”, and chanting OM Shanthi, etc. It took me back to my old days of practice at Mysore (1996). All these gave me a lot of confidence and was able to concentrate on my objective. At the end, I cleared PTE exam with score of 82 and I achieved my goal. Thanks Supriya in helping me to reach my goal as per the plan. I really recommend all to look Yoga more than body flexibility and look at mind and soul angle as well. Moving towards the my next goal in life, I am signing off for now. Good luck and join Yoga with Goal
